Foreign experts of the AIFC Bodies and Participants, as well as their family members, enjoy a unique preferential migration regime with favorable entry and stay conditions:

  • AIFC Participants and Bodies may attract foreign labour without due special work permits.
  • Work visas for foreign experts and their family members of the AIFC Bodies and Participants are issued for up to 5 years.
  • Visa issuance/extension/change of category can be done without a requirement to leave the country.
  • Visa can be issued upon arrival at the Astana and Almaty airports.

All necessary support in visa issues is provided by AIFC Expat Centre. It is a specialized ONE-STOP-SHOP INSTITUTION designed to provide the entire range of services and assistance, needed for obtaining, extension, change of category and cancellation of Kazakhstan visa, including help with filling out the required forms, translation of personal information into Kazakh and Russian languages, notary services, as well as the photo cabinet.
