AIFC hands certificates to new residents at the Forum of Interregional Cooperation

At the 16th Forum of Interregional Cooperation between the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan with the participation of the heads of state, Russian companies were awarded certificates for conducting activities at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
The certificates of the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) were handed to the heads of Magistral Ltd and Druzhba Ltd. in the presence of the Governor of Omsk Region A. Burkov and representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The new AIFC residents represent the manufacturing sector of the economy, for example Magistral Ltd develops trading robots based on the principles of algorithmic trading.
Currently, more than 300 companies from 30 countries are registered at the AIFC site, with more than 20 companies coming from the Russian Federation, including large ones such as Wildberries and ACRA.
A special stand of the AIFC was organized as part of the XVI Forum of Interregional Cooperation, at which participants - representatives of Russian business communities and companies from all the border regions of Russia - received all the necessary information with explanations of the rules and procedures for interacting with the financial center and the exchange operating on its basis. AIFC representatives also took part in the meeting of the Russian-Kazakhstan business council “Modern Aspects of Economic Cooperation”, where they presented the development prospects and opportunities of the institution.
