On October 14, 2020, Deal Sourcing Department of AIFC Business Connect conducted a webinar “Doing Business in AIFC”.
During the webinar, a clear example of structuring a deal with the participation of state investment agents and foreign investors using structuring tools available under the common law - the jurisdiction of the AIFC was demonstrated. It was also described the function of AIFC in attracting funding for projects.
