The AIFC Academy of Law provided education program “AIFC FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM FOR FUTURE LAWYERS”, designed specifically for students.

54 students from Kazakhstan and foreign universities were enrolled to the Program. 32 students were granted with Certificates of successfully completion and 11 of them with honours.

Given the great interest in the AIFC Foundations Program for Future Lawyers in 2019, today on 4 February 2020, the AIFC Academy of Law launches “AIFC FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS 2020”, designed for students from diverse education backgrounds.

The Program consists of 5 modules covering the key “foundational” subjects required for students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the AIFC legal system, which will be delivered from 4 February 2020 through 28 April 2020.

Following the admission process, 43 students from Kazakhstan and foreign universities were enrolled to the Program.

The Program’s first module will be launched by the opening speech delivered by Mr. Igor Rogov, Member of the Academic Council of the AIFC Academy of Law and well-known global expert in constitutional law.

OVERVIEW:

The AIFC Foundations Program for Students 2020 consist of five (5) modules:
1. Foundations in AIFC Legal Framework;
2. Foundations in AIFC Dispute Resolution;
3. Foundations in AIFC Financial Services Regulation;
4. Foundations in the Astana International Exchange (AIX); and,
5. Foundations in Islamic Finance.
