Representatives of the AIFC Business Connect investment division headed by the Deputy Chief Execuitve Officer, Mr. Almaz Amanzholov, discussed various opportunities in developing agro-industrial cooperation between Kazakhstan and the UAE with the representatives of a prominent multinational leader in agribusiness headquartered in Abu Dhabi city, Al Dahra Holding.
During the meeting, issues of evolving and supporting the agro-industrial sectors of both countries were discussed. Furthermore, Mr. Almaz Amanzholov informed the representatives of Al Dahra about the instruments and benefits of Astana International Financial Centre, including the capability of investment protection within the jurisdiction of the AIFC acting on the basis of common law.
Al Dahra’s mission is to partner with governmental and commercial entities in realising the UAE’s strategic food security programme and achieving long-term growth into a sustainable agricultural provider with high quality and environment friendly operations for farming and production.
