As part of the annual international conference Astana Finance Days 2022, three sessions by AIFC Business Connect Ltd. were held on the registration/authorisation support of participants, post-registration procedures and legal and tax aspects of setting up and conducting a business in the AIFC.

During the sessions, operational issues that arise after setting up of a company on the AIFC site, the main categories of each type of shares in accordance with the rules and regulations of the AIFC, as well as the corporate law aspects of the AIFC jurisdiction, were outlined.
