Professor Marc Moore was formerly Reader in Corporate Law and Director of the Masters in Corporate Law program and Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Cambridge. Professor Moore has also held teaching appointments at the University of Bristol, Seattle University and the University of Auckland. Since 2018, Professor Moore has been an expert advisor to the AIFC where he has worked with the AIFC Court and AFSA. His principal areas of expertise are UK, US and AIFC company/corporate law, corporate finance, insolvency and securities regulation.
