“Closing the Gender Gap” accelerator aims to create better opportunities for women, advancing them to leading positions and to increase their participation in the labour force by reskilling women to be ready for re-employment in high growth sectors. The collaborative model brings together public and private sector leaders focused on accelerating gender parity for future generations.
Kazakhstan became the first country to launch the Accelerator in Eurasia in June 2021.
