The Astana Finance days 2020 conference held from June 28 to July 3 is taking place fully online. 

The central topic of discussion of the conference is “Markets in a disrupted world” and the impact of the pandemic on the global economy. Kazakh and international experts will discuss how the economic situation is changing, how it affects our lives and what technologies can soon become an integral part of a world that “will never be the same.”

The agenda of the conference will include issues such as the global economy, financial technologies, capital markets, AIFC law, Islamic finance, and the development of human capital.

Among the invited guests of the Online Astana Finance Days 2020 are world renowned experts:

Briefly about the events planned within the framework of the conference:

June 29 interviews with the founders of fintech startups, a conference on Islamic financial technologies, transaction structuring at the AIFC, as well as seminars on the development of human capital, digital transformation and the role of the education system in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

June 30 conferences will be held on financial technologies, the state of the global economy in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, issues of financial regulation and commercial law, as well as workshops on legal technologies and entrepreneurship.

July 1 conferences will be held on the economic prospects of Kazakhstan and trends in the capital market, a review of the mining sector of Kazakhstan, panel sessions on education organized by the AIFC Law Academy, a forum of AIFC participating companies, webinars on supporting the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses in post-Soviet countries.
