A Certified Finance Professional with work experience of over 13 years in Strategic Planning, deal Structuring, Portfolio and Risk Management. He is employed in AIFC ecosystem since 2016. Graduate National University of Singapore, Singapore, MSc. in Financial Engineering. He actively participated in the creation of the Kazakhstan Blue Chip index. Actively promotes the improvement of risk culture in the country, has successfully launched a retraining program according to international standards. He was awarded a State Medal «Ерен еңбегі үшін» in 2022.
