The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the Astana International Financial Centre.
During the meeting K.Mussin was introduced to the activities of the AIFC Court and International Arbitration Centre (IAC), Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), Expat Centre and AIFC Business Connect. Furthermore, the presentation of the activities of the Centre on further development of the AIFC jurisdiction was held.
The parties noted the need to further strengthen the interaction on promotion and implementation of the rule of law, the resolution of disputes in terms of the effective enforcement of the AIFC Court decisions, as well as joint work under the instructions of the Head of State and the Government of Kazakhstan.
