Open Tender for ” Services for organizing and technical equipping Astana Finance Days 2026″
AIFC Authority JSC announces an Open Tender for the procurement of “ Services for organizing and technical equipping Astana Finance Days 2026″ with Prequalification.
The Open Tender will be conducted in two stages: 1) Prequalification of potential suppliers and 2) Main Tender Stage.
1. Prequalification
If you are interested in participating, please send a request to [email protected] to obtain the Prequalification Instructions with the subject line: “Stage 1 – Open Tender for AFD 2026 Services”. Upon receipt of the Instructions, potential suppliers shall submit the required qualification documents no later than 17:00 (Astana time) on 29 July 2026 to [email protected]
AIFC Authority JSC will evaluate the submitted documents against the qualification criteria and requirements set out in the Prequalification Documentation.
Following the evaluation, a decision will be made either to admit or not admit the potential supplier to participate in the Main Tender Stage and submit a commercial proposal.
2. Main Tender Stage
Potential suppliers successfully passing the Prequalification Stage will be invited to participate in the Main Tender Stage. To participate, please register at: http://AIFC.supplier-eu.ariba.com/register
and notify us by email at [email protected] with the subject:
“Stage 2 – Open Tender for AFD 2026 Services”.
Upon completion of registration, access to SAP Ariba will be granted for submission of your proposal. The deadline for submission of proposals is 17:00 (Astana time) on 7 August 2026. Please note that access to the Open Tender will only be granted after successful registration as described above.
