Government Services

Login to the portal and select “Submit New Application”. Fill the service request with accurate details and submit it after uploading the required documents.
Applications related to government services are processed through the AIFC portal.

Please note: Applications submitted after 2:00 PM will be reviewed on the next working day.

A service fee is compulsory for all services provided at the Expat Centre. Each service incurs a separate charge, contingent on its complexity.

After your documents are approved by the Expat Centre, you will be able to schedule an appointment on the portal. Please visit our centre for document submission by choosing any time according to the schedule: from 9:00 till 16:00, considering lunch hour from 13:00 till 14:00. If you are a family or a group, each member of the family or group should have their own appointment.

Tracking the status of the application is available through the personal account in the AIFC portal. You can pick up the finished documents using our courier service or by yourself.
