It’s worth noting that AIFC participants can conveniently access all post-registration services online through the Digital Resident portal.
On Digital Resident, you can access:
◾ Public register information extracts.
◾ Board of directors resolution copies.
◾ Shareholders register extracts.
◾ Secretaries register extracts.
◾ Ultimate beneficial owners register extracts.
◾ Certificate of good standing.

Here’s how you do it:
1. Go to the www.digitalresident.kz and log in.
2. Initiate a new request for post-registration services.
3. Select the extracts from the list.
4. Complete the payment process.
5. Submit your request.

Opt to pay online. Each document is priced at $20.
