Astana International Financial Centre representative sheld a meeting with the delegation of the Slovak Republic headed by Peter Pellegrini, Prime Minister.
The Slovak side has shown considerable interest in the possibilities of the AIFC. The work of the Astana International Exchange (AIX), state assets privatization program of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC Kazatomprom IPO were the main topics discussed at the meeting.
Parties also discussed the taxation requirements in the AIFC jurisdiction and the prospects for the joint Fintech industry development. Mr. Pellegrini invited the AIFC delegation to take part in the international Fintech workshop in Bratislava.
