AIFC Launches New Online Services Portal

The Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) is pleased to announce the launch of the AIFC Portal – a digital platform designed to streamline engagement with AIFC bodies and participants. The portal offers access to a wide range of services online, including the ASP Marketplace, the Expat Centre, and more.
ASP Marketplace
The ASP Marketplace section offers a searchable directory of ancillary service providers (ASP), with filtering options by area of specialisation.
The marketplace offers a user-friendly interface, enabling businesses – whether already registered with the AIFC or considering joining – to easily identify and contact professional and qualified service providers in areas such as legal advice, taxation, accountancy, and beyond. These organisations provide support across a range of business needs, including company registration, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and ongoing operational assistance.
Authorised ancillary service providers operating within the AIFC stand to benefit from the marketplace as an added avenue for expanding their client base. To apply for inclusion in the ASP Marketplace, providers can visit the AIFC Portal and click the “Join the AIFC Marketplace” button at the top right corner of the marketplace page.
Expat Centre Services
The AIFC Expat Centre now also operates through the new portal, offering both visa and migration-related services, as well as various government services, all of which can be accessed digitally. Users can submit applications, upload required documentation, and receive decisions online.
The portal also enables users to book appointments with the Expat Centre in advance, helping to ensure a smoother and more convenient service experience. A key advantage of the digital format is the ability to track the status of applications in real time, enhancing transparency and convenience for foreign nationals and businesses alike.
Each service listed on the portal includes a full breakdown of the required documents, simplifying the application process. Online support is also available to assist users at any stage – from selecting the appropriate service to receiving the final result.
In addition, foreign nationals and their families can obtain membership of the Expat Centre Loyalty Club online via the AIFC Portal. Once an application is submitted, participants receive a digital loyalty card via email, enabling immediate access to exclusive discounts, services, and special offers from programme partners. The streamlined registration process ensures quick and easy access to the benefits on offer.
The Expat Centre Loyalty Club is designed to make life in Kazakhstan more comfortable for expatriates. The Club offers a range of privileges and special deals from trusted service providers, as well as cultural events and community-building opportunities.
The AIFC Portal will continue to expand with additional services to ensure even greater convenience and efficiency for both businesses and individuals interacting with the AIFC.
