As you may know, expats in Kazakhstan can enjoy a large number of government services: statement of residence,certificate of the absence (presence) of real property of legal entity or individual and many other important issues are available online. You just need to have the electronic digital signature - an analogue of handwritten signature.
And you can get your EDS for individual or legal entity in the AIFC Expat Centre within several minutes.
Meanwhile, there are some amendments in the process of obtaining Electronic Digital Signature. Such as, from now on, it is required to provide notarized translation of identity document, in Kazakh or Russian languages.
