Compulsory Covid-19 PCR testing for all passengers arriving into Kazakhstan
In accordance with the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following measures for passengers arriving to Kazakhstan have been strengthened.
Since October 6, foreign citizens arriving to Kazakhstan from abroad are obliged to provide a certificate with a negative PCR test for COVID-19 (no earlier than 72 hours for the time of crossing the state border).
These requirements apply to all countries that maintained international air traffic with Kazakhstan. The ranking of countries for international passenger flights by category is not provided, as it was before.
Similar restrictive measures apply to arrivals through border crossing points by the railway, sea, river transport and road crossings.
