Expat Centre will fully transition to an online service portal

We are excited to inform you that, starting January 2025, the Expat Centre will fully transition to an online service portal – the AIFC Portal, accessible at www.portal.aifc.kz for accepting applications. From that date onward, all of our services will be available exclusively through the portal. Physical final acceptance of applications for services will only occur once the application is fully approved and payment is processed on the portal.

How to get started?

1. Simply visit the portal at www.portal.aifc.kz and follow the easy steps to create your account.
2. Select the service(s) you would like to receive and proceed to the payment and booking page.
3. Once your application for Expat Centre services is submitted, please track the status of your application on the AIFC Portal.
