1. Foreign nationals who are currently in Kazakhstan, can leave the country or extend visa/ temporary residence permit without penalty until July 10, 2020.
2. Foreign nationals who are unable to leave the country due to absence/delay/cancellation of flights to their country of citizenship or permanent residence, should apply for exit visa B20 to extend their stay terms on the basis of documents that prove absence/ delay/ cancellation of flights until July 10, 2020.   

Please make sure your legal status is settled.
