Change of Registered Details
Notifications from Participants cover all events concerning changes in registered details, including alterations to directors, changes to legal addresses, shareholder structures, share transfers, and others. As such, AIFC Participants must notify the Registrar of Companies Office of any amendments made. Each type of notification has its own deadline (usually 14 days from the date of changes) and it is important to submit the notification within the specified deadlines.
