Exchange Traded Notes tracking the performance of Kazakhstani banks are listed at AIX

Astana International Exchange (“AIX”) is pleased to announce the listing of new exchange-traded notes – Kaz Financials Exchange Traded Notes (“Notes”) linked to the performance of the shares of local banks. These Notes are issued by a Special Purpose Company (“SPC”) – Kaz Financials SPC Limited, whose sole assets (at inception) are shares in Bank CenterCredit (CCBN), HalykBank (HSBK) and Kaspi (KSPI.S). The structure of the portfolio can be changed based on the recommendations of BCC Invest acting as an Adviser to the SPC in investment matters. BCC Invest also acts as the Market Maker for the Notes on AIX.
