You can establish your company or branch in the AIFC by:
• Incorporating a new entity
• Registering a Foreign Company or Partnership as a Recognised Company or Recognised Partnership
• Redomiciling a legal entity from another jurisdiction.
• Complete the pre-application form.
• Verify company eligibility with FinTech Lab requirements.
• Pay applicable fees.
• Submit the form and payment.
• Get assigned a case manager for further communication.
Submit the complete application form to the Regulator (AFSA) with a detailed business overview. It includes business process flowcharts, corporate structure, information on funds and estimated amounts, and any other relevant information needed for assessment and authorisation.
Get your license from the Regulator (AFSA) valid for 2 years.
