Nursultan Serikbay has more than 16 years of professional experience in legal and financial sectors. In 2015 – 2017 he worked in the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in the National Investment Corporation. He has joined AIFC ecosystem in 2017, demonstrating leadership and excellent analytical skills. His experience and professional competences helped to launch and maintain AIFC Bureau for Continuing Professional Development. In addition, in 2020 – 2022 he actively took part in establishing Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a member of the Presidential Youth Talent Pool.
