Graduated from KIMEP University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in public administration and in 2014 with a master’s degree in international law. Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
Work experience
A seasoned professional with work experience spanning over 11 years in legal and financial spheres. Until 2017 he worked in the oil & gas industry, National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in the National Investment Corporation.
Nursultan Serikbay has joined AIFC ecosystem in 2017, demonstrating leadership and excellent analytical skills. His experience and professional competences helped to launch and lead AIFC Bureau for Continuing Professional Development, Business Development Group of Departments and International Partnerships unit in AIFC.
Between 2020 and 2022, he played an active role in founding the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he was responsible for leading and coordinating the agency’s strategic planning efforts.
