About the event

Creative Pitch Day 2026 is a project that brings together representatives of the creative industries and investors to showcase innovative ideas, build partnerships, and attract funding. The main objective of the project is to create a transparent and legally protected platform for attracting investment into promising creative ventures.

The event will bring together projects from film, music, game development and digital content, giving creative teams an opportunity to present their concepts, receive investor feedback and build valuable connections. 

Creative Pitch Day is not designed as a traditional competition. It is a meeting point between creativity and investment, where participants can present their vision, demonstrate the potential of their projects and connect with investors who may be interested in further cooperation. 

 

Participation Requirements

To participate in Creative Pitch Day 2026, projects must have confirmed intellectual property rights.

Project Selection Stages

Stage 1: Legal and Document Compliance Review

AIFCA reviews the submitted documents, including confirmation of intellectual property rights, Pitch Decks, and Consent and Declaration Form. Projects that do not meet the mandatory requirements will not be forwarded to investors.

Stage 2: Investor Review of Pitch Decks

Eligible pitch decks are shared with invited investors. Investors review the projects independently and evaluate them based on the approved criteria, presented in the upploaded General Terms and Conditions.

Stage 3: Official Pitch Day

Shortlisted projects are invited to present their projects to investors in person or in a hybrid format. After each pitch, investors may ask questions, provide brief feedback and continue discussions directly with the projects they are interested in.

Application Submission

Applicants must prepare and submit a complete application package in PDF format, consisting of the following documents:

A. Notarized proof of intellectual property ownership (certificates, patents, or assignment agreements). This includes rights registered via Qazpatent, international filings under systems such as Madrid, or registrations through the Eurasian Patent Organization valid in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

B. A Pitch Deck prepared in line with requirements defined in Appendix 1 – General Terms and Conditions

C. Signed Applicant Consent and Declaration Form.
