Investor Engagement 

Investor participation in the Junior Mining Platform is organized through the annual Junior Mining Platform Event, which brings together selected project owners and investors on a single platform. The event format includes project pitch sessions, individual B2B meetings, thematic sessions, and professional networking.

Following the application period, investors are granted access to project materials and conduct their own evaluation based on their internal criteria. Based on this assessment, investors independently determine the list of projects of interest for further discussion during the event.

To participate in the Junior Mining Platform Event, investors enter into an agreement with the platform operator and provide information on their investment preferences, including preferred project stages and commodities of interest. This information is used to create a general information framework for the event.

The Junior Mining Platform acts as an organizational platform facilitating interaction between participants. The platform does not provide financing, does not offer investment advice, does not participate in investment decision-making, and does not guarantee the conclusion of transactions between investors and project owners.
