Post-registration procedures and services for AIFC Participants

Each AIFC participant is obligated to furnish particular information to the Office of Registrar of companies, a subdivision of the Regulator (AIFC Financial Services Authority) responsible for registering companies and maintaining up-to-date records about the AIFC participants. This includes mandatory reporting and update of companies registered details.

AIFC Participants have an obligation to submit annual reports to AFSA Registrar’s of Companies within the specified timelines

AIFC Participants often require various extracts from the Regulator for purposes such as attracting new investors or engaging with second-tier banks
