Astana International Financial Centre and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding

AIFC. Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) was established on the initiative of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. The constitutional law on the establishment of the AIFC was signed on December 7, 2015. The purpose of the AIFC is the formation of a leading financial services centre on international level. The objectives of the AIFC are to assist in attracting investment in the country’s economy, creating an attractive environment for investment in financial services, the development of the securities market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensuring its integration within international capital markets. www.aifc.kz
