Open lectures of the AEF took place at the AIFC

As part of the Astana Economic Forum, open lectures by AEF Talks were held at the Astana International Campus site of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) with the participation of experts in the field of urban planning, the global economy and new industries.
The event is aimed at raising awareness and engaging the audience in an open expert discussion for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of international economics for the purpose of continuous professional development and increasing the human capital index in Kazakhstan.
During the AEF Talks, topics such as the fourth industrial revolution and the future of cities were discussed. The speakers shared their vision of the future of industry and urban planning.
The event was attended by Jeffrey Sachs – Professor, Director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University, winner of the 2015 Blue Planet Award, Vladislav Inozemtsev – Director of the Center for Post-Industrial Society Studies, Member of the Russian Scientific Council on International Affairs, Nicolas Gutierrez – Managing Director, Head of Resources and Industry Practice X.0 Accenture in Russia and Maria Grigorieva – Managing Director, Head of Technology at Accenture in Russia.
AEF Talks took place at the initiative and with the support of the AIFC Bureau (BCPD, Ltd), the Institute for Economic Research, Astana EXPO-2017 NC, and the mass media training centre of the Qazmedia ortalygy (Media School).
