AIFC Mining Sector Expert Council (ECMS) 

As part of the development of the Junior Mining Platform, the AIFC Executive Council for the Mining Sector (ECMS) has been established, bringing together representatives of national companies, industry experts, and international investors.

The Council serves as a professional platform for discussing key issues in the development of the mining sector, with a particular focus on early-stage projects and the development of financing approaches.

Within its activities, the ECMS:

• reviews priority направления for the development of the platform;

• participates in discussions and development of financing instruments, including alternative models for early-stage projects;

• forms expert opinions on the development of market practices and interaction among industry participants.

The Council’s decisions and recommendations are advisory in nature and are taken into account in the further development of the Junior Mining Platform.
