The official presentation of the AIFC Legal Services Regulatory Framework for the local and international legal community was held under the umbrella of the Astana Finance Days.
The presentation was delivered by Mr Simon FT Cox, Chairman of the AIFC Legal Services Board and members of the Board, Mr David Gallo, Director of the AIFC Academy of Law and Yelena Manaenko, Partner of Aequitas as honourable speakers.
Amirali B. Nasir, Vice-President of the Law Society of Hong Kong participated as a guest speaker.
As part of the event, the first Registered Legal Advisers were solemnly awarded the certificates of registration. The Roll of Registered Legal Advisers was published at the AIFC website via the following link: https://aifc.kz/legal-services-regulation/
