AIX Lists the First Tranche under Jet Group’s AED Green Public Bond Programme

Astana International Exchange (“AIX” or “the Exchange”) announces the listing and admission to trading of the inaugural tranche of AED10mln Green Public Bonds issued by Jet Group Ltd. under its AED50bn Green Bond Programme.

The bonds have a two-year tenor and bear a fixed coupon of 10% per annum, payable quarterly.

The issuance marks the first drawdown under the Programme and supports the issuer’s funding strategy by providing access to regional and international investors through AIX’s capital market platform.

Birzhan Astayev, AIX Chief Markets and Products EO, said:

“We are delighted to welcome the inaugural issuance under Jet Group’s AED Green Public Bond Programme to AIX. This landmark transaction marks another important step in the continued development of our fixed income market and demonstrates AIX’s role as a platform that enables issuers to access regional and international capital efficiently”.

The net proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to the Issuer’s core business activities, primarily to modernize its fleet of electric scooters.
