Astana International Exchange Lists New Tranche of Development Bank of Kazakhstan Eurobonds
Astana International Exchange (“AIX” or “the Exchange”) announces the listing of a new tranche of Senior Unsecured Notes issued by Development Bank of Kazakhstan (“DBK”) under its Medium-Term Note Programme of up to USD 5 billion.
The notes are denominated in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT), have a tenor of three years, and an aggregate issuance amount of KZT 230 billion. The issuance carries a fixed coupon of 16.950%, payable on a semi-annual basis.

“This transaction further strengthens the pipeline of local currency issuance on AIX and demonstrates ongoing progress in building a robust and diversified local capital market. Expanding issuance in tenge is an important step toward enhancing financial stability and broadening the domestic investor base.”
The joint booking participants for the transaction were J.P. Morgan, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, Alatau City Invest, and ForteFinance.
