Astana International Exchange Welcomes the Listing of QazaqGaz Eurobonds
Astana International Exchange (“AIX” or “the Exchange”) is pleased to announce the listing of Eurobonds issued by JSC “National Company “QazaqGaz” (“QazaqGaz”).
The issuance is denominated in US dollars with a size of USD 700 million, a tenor of ten years, and a fixed coupon of 5,625% p.a., payable on a semi-annual basis.
The transaction was arranged by Citi and J.P. Morgan acting as Joint Global Coordinators, Halyk Finance as Local Lead Manager, alongside Freedom Broker as Local Co-Manager.

The listing further strengthens AIX’s position as a regional hub for debt capital markets and reflects ongoing efforts to enhance access to global investors.
