The opportunities of the AIFC jurisdiction were presented during the Kazakhstan Legal Forum 2022

On 29 September the AIFC delegation headed by Mr. Nurzhan Kosbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the AIFC Authority participated as speaker in Kazakhstan Legal Forum 2022 on «Registration in the AIFC and sanctions compliance: what a lawyer needs to know» organised by Lincoln Company.

During the panel session the representatives of the AIFC Authority, Business Connect, Green Finance Centre and Academy of Law shared their expertise on matters regarding the application of the AIFC law, the registration process in the AIFC, legislative initiatives in the field of ESG and sustainable financing and professional development opportunities at the AIFC Academy of Law.

Leading legal practitioners discussed trends and developments in the legal field, possible solutions on pressing issues and exchanged experience with leading industry experts and representatives of the public sector.
